China's first deep sea HPHT exploration well accomplishes drilling on August 23, 2015

China's first deep sea high pressure and high temperature exploration well - Lingshui 25-1S-1 - was successfully drilled on August 23, 2015 by Offshore Oil 981 of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC).

Another important deep water drilling resource following Lingshui 17-2, the first self-operated deepwater gas field with a reserve of over 100 billion cubic meters, the Lingshui 25-1S-1 proved that China had overcome the world-class problems in deepwater, high temperature and high-pressure environment oil exploration in the South China Sea.

With impressive oil and gas resources, the well effectively accelerated the construction of the South China Sea gas zone.

The world's first high-speed rail theater was launched on August 23, 2017
