The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), on behalf of the State Council, was fulfilling the sponsor's responsibility to the re-structured Ansteel Group as the holding company.
Ansteel Group was the first large-scale iron and steel enterprise since the founding of the People's Republic of China and the earliest iron and steel production base in the country.
Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Co., an important base of comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium resources, provides supporting services for the military industry. It is also one of China's largest military enterprises in areas south of the Great Wall, north of Shaoguan, Guangdong province, west of the Beijing-Guangzhou railway and east of Wuqiao Mountain in Gansu province.
The reorganization of the two companies was a result of the Chinese central SOEs implementing and accelerating transformation of their economic development mode and met the requirement for the country's adjustment and development of the iron and steel industry.

The AC312E helicopter had a successful maiden flight in Harbin, Heilongjiang province on July 28, 2016.
Developed by Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., the AC312E is a light twin-engine civil helicopter meeting both domestic and foreign market needs.
The helicopter, with a maximum takeoff weight of 4,250 kg, can carry nine passengers or 600 kg of freight and save operation costs compared to similar aircraft from international sources. In addition, the craft was designed to help its drivers work more efficiently while optimizing flight conditions.
The AC312E has been widely used in multiple fields like medical aid, transportation, search and rescue, police enforcement, transporting passengers and VIP services.

The Fengyun-2H satellite, generally developed by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, positioned at over 79 degrees east longitude, can cover areas within 4 degrees and 154 degrees east longitude and 75 degrees north latitude and 75 degrees south latitude.
It means that the satellite can offer services for 50 Asian countries, 41 African countries, 39 European countries and nine Oceanian countries, 64 of which are involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
