Regulation on the Transformation of Operational Mechanism of the Industrial Enterprises Owned by the Whole People is issued on July 23, 1992

The Regulation on the Transformation of Operational Mechanism of the Industrial Enterprises Owned by the Whole People was issued by the State Council on July 23, 1992.

The regulation was made in accordance with the basic principles of the Law of Enterprise and met the requirements for transformation to the new economic system.

An expansion of the Law of Enterprise, the regulation gave a detailed explanation of the law and was the legal ground and the judicial guarantee of the transformation of enterprises' operations.

Focused on market entry and making full use of market mechanisms, the regulation stipulated certain reforms in organizational structure and supporting facilities.

Its provisions showed the country's requirements for those reforms including their acceleration.

China Potevio, an information industrial company covering such businesses as manufacturing of communication devices, industrial electronic information applications and communication and information- sharing in broadcasting, was launched on July 23, 2003.

AG600 amphibious aircraft rolls off the production line on July 23, 2016

The AG600 amphibious aircraft, developed by Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd., was completed and ready for service on July 23, 2016.

The AG600 is 37 meters' long and has a wingspan of 38.8 meters. The heaviest takeoff weight of the aircraft is 53.5 tons. It can fly as fast as 500 kilometers per hour with a maximum range of 4,500 kilometers.

It has leading technologies and superior performance compared to similar craft internationally.

The independently-developed aircraft has complete proprietary intellectual property rights in China and is capable of carrying out multiple missions like emergency rescue, forest fire fighting and sea patrols.

One of China's top three large aircraft, the AG600 was the country's first large amphibious aircraft and a milestone in its aviation industry.
