China Tower Corporation Limited is launched on July 18, 2014

China Tower Corporation Limited, a large-scale comprehensive communication infrastructure service enterprise jointly sponsored by China Telecommunications Corporation, China Mobile Communications Group Co Ltd and China United Network Communications Group Co., was launched on July 18, 2014.

The company has 1.88 million site locations and supported configurations including uninterruptible power supply and a centralized monitoring system. It is capable of providing professional cross-industrial site location applications and information service in fields like environmental protection, earthquakes, public security, agriculture and forestry.

The establishment and development of China Tower Corporation Limited strongly supports development of China's digital economy and its emerging industries.

First platform screen door in China is installed at Yonganli Station of Beijing Subway Line 1 on July 18, 2016

The first platform screen door in China was installed at Yonganli Station of Line 1 in Beijing, the first subway line in the city, on July 18, 2016.

Contracted by China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the screen door project contained 11 professional renovation missions.

The screen door was installed with the "platform reinforcement method" and reconstruction of the supporting facilities like the communication and ventilate systems was completed later.

Residents in the city enjoyed safer travels by underground when installation of the screen doors of the entire line was completed.

China's first self-integrated FPSO is delivered to Brazil on July 18, 2018

China's first self-integrated floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) system was delivered to Brazil on July 18, 2018.

Developed by China National Offshore Oil Corporation, the equipment can produce as much as 150,000 barrels of oil per day. With a maximum displacement of 350,000 tons, the equipment can carry the heaviest load for the longest distance of any system of its kind in the world.

The delivery reflects that China has mastered the capacity to design, build and adjust FPSO completely by itself, which will improve the country's energy cooperation with countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
