The CA10 truck was manufacturing for more than 30 years and Jiefang automobiles were regarded in China as "the father of domestically-made autos".

World's largest ferrous metal vertical extruder completes its first heat adjustment on July 13, 2009

The 36,000-ton ferrous metal vertical extruder, the world's largest, completed its first heat adjustment on July 13, 2009.

Jointly developed by China North Industries Group Corporation Limited and academic institutions and colleges like Tsinghua University, the equipment was the world's largest at that time.

Its development marked that China had mastered manufacturing technologies of big caliber heavy wall thickness seamless steel pipe which also reached the world's leading level.

The project won the highest award in China's industrial field and has produced more than 200,000 tons of high-end large caliber heavy wall thickness pipes, leading to breakthroughs in aviation and marine engineering applications.

FirmSys, China's first self-owned nuclear distributed control system (DCS) passes International Atomic Energy Agency appraisal on July 13, 2016

The approval was of great significance in improving the global impact of China's nuclear power equipment manufacturing and promoting nuclear power to"go global".

The FirmSys is China's first domestically-made nuclear DCS with complete independent property rights.

It is a major milestone in the field of equipment manufacturing in China.

So far, China is the fourth country to master this technology after the United States, France and Japan.
