China Hualu Group Co., LTD. is established on June 18, 2000

China Hualu Group Co., LTD., a large-scale Chinese SOE specialized in development, manufacturing and sales of audio and video products and related technologies, was established on June 18, 2000.

The company has three industrial sections - terminals, content and service of digital audio and video - which form the most complete chain in the digital high definition audio and video industry in China.

It has gained the titles of "China's first HD brand" and "China's leading intelligent traffic brand" and been rewarded as one of the most influential enterprises among China's TV series and a "main enterprise of national cultural export".

In addition, the most influential national cultural brand - China Record Corporation (CRC) - is a subsidiary of Hualu Group.

World's first ±800kV direct-current power transmission project goes into operation on June 18, 2010

Both the positive and negative poles of the Yunnan-Guangdong extra-high voltage (EHV) direct-current power transmission project went into operation on June 18, 2010.

Constructed by China Southern Power Grid (CSG), the project was not only a milestone of China's power grid construction, but also a breakthrough in international electrical power engineering as it was the world's first ±800kV direct-current power transmission project.

The 1,438-kilometer transmission line, starting from Lufeng county in Yunnan province and ending at Zengcheng, Guangdong province, is able to transfer five million kW of electricity.

A total of 13.7 billion yuan ($1.98 billion) has been invested in the project which has set 32 world records.

The most powerful directional drilling machine for coal mine tunnels is developed on June 18, 2014

The ZDY12000LD directional drilling crawler and its supporting equipment was successfully developed by China Coal Technology & Engineering Group on June 18, 2014.

The crawler is currently the best-performing and most used high-power directional drilling machine in China.

In addition, it is also the most powerful of all directional drilling machines for coal mine tunnels.
