China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Co., Ltd (CRAIC) launched on May 22, 2017

China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Co., Ltd (CRAIC), a joint venture company sponsored by Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd (COMAC) and Russia's United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), was launched on May 22, 2017 in Shanghai.

The company is mainly involved in the development, manufacturing, marketing, selling, after-sale service, consultation and project management of wide-body aircraft.

In addition, CRAIC was the main manufacturer of the China-Russia long-range wide-body passenger aircraft, the development of which was an important strategic cooperative project. It combined high-tech with a deepening strategic partnership of coordination between the two countries.

China carries out independent manufacturing of the instrumentation and control system for one million-megawatt nuclear power station on May 22, 2018

Hemu System, the China-made instrumentation and control system for a one million-megawatt nuclear power station, went into service at the Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station of China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) on May 22, 2018.

It was the first time a China-made instrumentation and control system had been put in service at a one-million-megawatt nuclear power station, which was a milestone in China's manufacturing of important technical equipment.

The digital instrumentation and control system is the "nerve center" of a nuclear power station and plays a key role in guaranteeing safety and stable operation.

The Hemu system was the first of its kind that independently manufactured by China, and alleviated China's reliance on foreign control systems.
