China's first national project under the "blue sky defense" plan is signed on April 4, 2018

China's first national project for blue sky was signed by Harbin Boiler Company Limited of Harbin Electric Corporation and China Datang Corporation Ltd. on April 4, 2018.

The project is the largest national pilot unit for coal-fired coupling biomass gasification power generation technology in China. The technology uses cornstalk as a biomass fuel and pulverized coal to generate electricity efficiently.

The project not only effectively resolves the problem of resource waste and air pollution caused by cornstalk burning, but also lowers the cost of coal consumption in factories.

The project will use internationally advanced technology and the largest waste incineration power plant with the highest standard in the world when it is completed.
