Shenzhou-3 spacecraft launches successfully on Mar 25, 2002
The Shenzhou-3 spacecraft, developed by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, launched and entered its preset orbit successfully on Mar 25, 2002.
The success of Shenzhou-3 marked a great breakthrough in China's manned space flight project, further improving carrier rockets, airships and measurement and control emission systems to increase safety and reliability of manned space flight.
The Shenzhou-3 spacecraft steadily conducted a 167-day orbital operation and finished all scientific experiments and exploratory missions.
