Updated: 2020-03-20

China Southern Air Holding Company (China Southern), a main airline in China, provided 100,000 masks to Korean Air to support COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control on March 16.

As COVID-19 becomes a pandemic around the world, China Southern is offering help to its international partners.

Korean Air is an important partner of China Southern in East Asia. The two sides have deepened business cooperation including code sharing in recent years to provide flights to more places.

When the epidemic broke out in China, China Southern received help from many global partners including Finnair, Spain's Iberia, Vietnam Airlines and Turkey's Istanbul Airport. As the pandemic develops around the world, China Southern now supports them through the hardship.
