CIIC Takes Multiple Measures to Help Employment, Recruitment

China International Intellectech Co., Ltd. (CIIC) has taken multiple measures to resume production even as it assists in prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP).

A leading human resource service provider in China, CIIC fulfills its social responsibility by offering interpretation and analysis of policies to enterprises and by responding to hot issues like employment, labor relations and sick payments on WeChat – a communication application widely used in China.

The company has initiated seven services – online recruitment, electronic sign-ups, attendance and vacation management system, salary management and payments, financial reimbursement and budget control, legal services and flexible employment management systems – to help enterprises work online. 

CIIC's ACMcoder and myjob500 opened online video interview services for enterprises and online recruiting platforms for graduates to maintain a normal pace of recruitment.

Online learning platforms were also available for people who are preparing for certificate tests.

Faced with the epidemic, other branches of the company have stepped up efforts to serve enterprises and support their resumption of production.

CIIC Beijing adopts online-offline operation to ensure quick responses to online service platforms' users of its WeChat official account, App and hotline.

CIIC Shanghai focuses on interpretation of the latest policies concerning the outbreak and releases relevant reports and analyses to the public.

The CIIC law office released a special report on policies and regulations of prevention and control of NCP and an interpretation of labor relations in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou relevant to the epidemic.

Its financial consulting department also interpreted policies related to prevention and control of NCP released by the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission focused in particular on tax reduction and exemptions. The department is also holding free weekly online lectures on fiscal and tax policies during the epidemic.

CIIC Zhejiang has joined hands with insurance companies to provide small and medium-sized enterprises insurance valued at 690 million yuan ($98.34 million) during the epidemic outbreak and has opened a Zhejiang CIIC Talents platform on which companies can share talent resources.
