Chinese central SOEs' first white paper on construction of law-based enterprises released on Feb 21, 2017

A white paper on law-based enterprise construction was released by the State Grid Corporation of China (State Grid) on Feb 21, 2017. It was the first of its kind issued by a Chinese central SOE.

A crucial force in construction of a law-based socialist country, central SOEs must be models in implementation of law-based governance.

Examining central SOE's practices, the white paper sets out the reasons for pushing forward with construction of law-based central SOEs as well as suggestions on how to actually establish them.

It also includes issues like what kind of law-based enterprises should be built and the value of constructing those specific ones.
