First extra-large China-made electric mining dumper completed on Feb 16, 2017

CR240E, China's first electric mining dumper with complete proprietary intellectual property rights, rolled off the production line on Feb 16, 2017.

Developed by CRRC Corporation Limited (CRRC), the vehicle can carry as many as 240 tons and can be used in all kinds of mines.

Featuring a variety of technologies including anti-turnover, shielding against falling objects and an anti-drag brake system, the vehicle laid a solid foundation for China-made dumpers to obtain a greater market share in the world.

China's first medical radioactive material module developed on Feb 16, 2017

China's first medical cobalt regulating rodmodule, developed by China Nuclear North Nuclear Fuel Components Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), passed inspection on Feb 16, 2017.

The medical cobalt regulating rod module is used to produce medical Co-60, the core of the gamma knife used for precise radiotherapy treatment of tumors.

The development was a foundation for domestic production of medical Co-60 in China.
