Sinomach, DEC and China XD Group Co., Ltd. initiate all-round strategic cooperation on Feb 11, 2018

China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd (Sinomach), Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC) and China XD Group Co., Ltd. started all-round strategic cooperation on Feb 11, 2018.

All three central SOEs are large-scale equipment manufacturing companies. They are at different positions on the same industrial line.

The three parties intend to build a new mode of large-scale enterprise cooperation and to cooperate in various fields like business, innovation, capital, talents and culture to improve their competitiveness.

The world's first complete intelligent concrete sprayer rolled off the production line on Feb 11, 2018.

With functions like automatic positioning, route planning, smart spraying, automatic amendment and data interaction, the machine was the first in the world to realize 3D scanning and modeling of a tunnel's spray zone.

There are 18 patents on the machine which can be widely used in spraying and supporting construction of tunnels and lanes in coal mines.

The machine also contributed to improving the quality and efficiency of tunnel spraying and laid a foundation for the transformation from traditional to digitalized tunneling.

The Mohe-Daqing line of China-Russia crude oil pipeline passed inspection of the State Administration of Work Safety on Feb 11, 2014.

The section was the first of its kind to go through the permafrost areas in China.

During the construction, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) conquered several worldwide challenges and completed the project with no accidents, zero personnel injury and zero environmental pollution.
