Hoisting of the largest blower in the Asia Pacific region is completed on Feb 8, 2018

The hoisting of GOLDWIND's 6.7 MW blower was completed at the Fuqing Xinghua Bay Prototype Experiment Wind Farm in Fujian Province on Feb 8, 2018.

Both its individual capacity and impeller diameter of 154 meters were the largest among its kind in the Asia Pacific region at that time.

The project gained valuable experience for future blower hoisting and was a signal of the industrialization of China's large-capacity offshore wind power equipment.

It was also proof that China welcomed an era of domestic manufacturing of large-capacity offshore wind power facilities.
