In Wuhan, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) guarantees 24-hour operation of its gas stations, ensures sufficient oil supply, stabilizes the oil market, and distributes masks to citizens free of charge at 11 gas stations. Meanwhile, the employees of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company (SWOG) stick to their posts to ensure gas is provided to more than 10 million citizens in Wuhan.

Apart from ensuring normal operations and full market supply, gas stations affiliated to China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) strictly follow and take part in disease control measures. They have distributed masks, disinfectants, hand sanitizers and infrared thermometers to more than 170 warehouses and stations in Wuhan. The company also ensures that all organization and logistics personnel have protective equipment.
Meanwhile, the gas stations broadcast informational videos and hand out disease prevention and control pamphlets to guide people on how to correctly prevent infection, and make sure all staff members wear masks, wash their hands, and frequently ventilate all interior spaces.

In addition, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) carries out regular disinfection at its convenience stores, canteens and staff dormitories, and provides medical masks to its employees throughout Hubei province.

As for the power supply, State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd has launched emergency plans at 61 fever clinics and nine designated medical institutions in Wuhan and adopted a combination of on-site electricity inspections and remote monitoring to provide reliable power supply in the fight against the epidemic.
