China's autonomous signal product obtains a "European visa" on Jan 20, 2017

On Jan 20, 2017, a radio block center (RBC) device independently developed by China Railway Signal and Communication (Group) Corporation Limited obtained the TSI certificate from the European Union.

It was China's first mainstream signal product to obtain a "European visa".

The world's largest solution provider of the rail transit control system, China Railway Signal and Communication (Group) Corporation Limited has mastered the technology of the operation control system of high-speed railways and subways, and is capable of domestically manufacturing related products.

Guidelines on strengthening central SOEs value management released on Jan 20, 2014

Guidelines on strengthening central SOEs value management were issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on Jan 20, 2014.

The guideline stipulates how to strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets, mainly through state-owned capital supervision and transforming central SOEs to deepen their assessment of the economic value they add, optimize resource allocation and enhance economic management of value-added activity.

The guidance made clear requirements for optimizing central SOEs' value management system, improving their value-creating capacity and strengthening organized supports.

It pointed out that the central SOEs should continuously advance allocations of state-owned capital, adjust the structure of stock assets, strengthen the management of investment and acquisitions and the innovation of profit models, accelerate asset turn over, optimize capital structure and strengthen risk management.
