CNAF, BETA Sign Pipeline Oil Tank Contract at 2nd CIIE

Updated: 2019-11-19

China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (CNAF) signed a contract to import a new type of pipeline oil tank from BETA on Nov 7 at the second China International Import Expo (CIIE). The two companies signed a letter of intent during last year's expo.

It will result in the first introduction of pull type unpowered pipeline refueling equipment into China. Compared to the traditional models, the new type developed by the United States has lower costs and is more energy-saving. It also has great advantages in environmental protection.

The two sides had talks on future trades and enhancing technical cooperation before the signing ceremony.

CNAF also reached agreements with FAUDI and Hengyi Industrial International Co. Ltd during the expo.

The 2019 International Forum of China Aviation Fuel was held on Nov 9, at which the second China Jet Fuel Consumption Index and a plan on general aviation development of CNAF were released.

Adhered to the principles of going global and bringing in, CNAF has actively participated in international technical exchanges and focused on developing innovative modes. It aims to evolve into a world leading jet fuel enterprise with strong competitiveness.
