Curriculum Vitae:      

Zhou Guoping, born in July 1960, is a male ethnic Han from Wujin, Jiangsu Province. He started his career in September 1979 and is a CPC member. He holds a Bachelor degree.

Mr. Zhou Guoping studied ground blasting in the PLA University of Science and Technology (originally Military Engineering College of PLA) and graduated in July 1983.

Mr. Zhou Guoping has successively held the following posts:

Platoon Leader, Political Instructor, Political Director, Jinan Military Area Command

Deputy Division Chief, Regimental-level Officer, the Personnel Department of the Political Department, Nanjing Military Area Command;

Regimental-level Officer, Division Level Officer, Deputy Director General, the Training Bureau of the Personnel Department of the General Political Department;

Deputy Director, Member of the CPC Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Political Department of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force Beijing Corps;

Deputy Political Commissar, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Chinese People’s Armed Police Force Beijing Corps;

Political Commissar, General Secretary of CPC Committee of the Hydropower Troops Command of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force;

Temporary Party Secretary and head of China Anneng Construction Group Corporation Limited.

Currently, Mr. Zhou Guoping is a Member of the CPC Committee, SASAC and a Deputy Ministerial-level official. He is also President and Party Secretary of China Anneng Construction Group Corporation Limited.
