China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (CNAF) will release its second China Jet Fuel Consumption Index during the second China International Import Expo (CIIE) which will be held from Nov 5 to 10.
The first index report was released during last year's CIIE. It recorded the national macroeconomic operation, interconnection of regional economy, urban economic changes and international aviation fuel development from the aspect of jet fuel consumption, which was a first in China's civil aviation industry.
CNAF has worked with the Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research under the National Development and Reform Commission for the past year and has improved sampling, statistical analysis and pattern determination.
The second index report will cover more civil airports compared to the previous one and provide suggestions for the urban, regional and national economies as well as the development of the tertiary industry.
In addition to the index, a plan on general aviation development of CNAF will be released at the 2019 International Forum of China Aviation Fuel, to be held during the CIIE.
A comprehensive jet fuel supplier, CNAF has played its role in the commercial aviation field and contributed to the promotion of general aviation development and general aviation fuel service.
The forum will completely analyze the current condition and future of jet fuel, general aviation and jet fuel supply at home and abroad, interpret policies of the general aviation industry in China and promote new innovative applications.
The second CIIE will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Sixty-four countries and three international organizations have confirmed their participation.
