The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has become a platform for cooperation between China and more and more countries and international organizations in the past six years. It has impressed the world with a continuously expanding impact.
Chinese central SOEs have been engaging in the projects in countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, adhering to the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits.
They have shouldered a total of 3,116 projects along the Belt and Road.
Chinese central SOEs are involved in about 50 percent of the infrastructure projects already started, and their projects account for more than 70 percent of the value of all infrastructure undertakings.
Chinese central SOEs have also fulfilled social responsibilities and been devoted to public welfare in B&R countries, sharing development achievements with the local people and building communities with a shared future for mankind.
