The Grand Skylight International Hotel Ethiopia recently opened.

The hotel is located near Bole International Airport, which is the African country's national airport in Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia. It has an area of 40,000 sq m, with 373 rooms, three canteens which include the biggest Chinese restaurant in the country, three bars and a banquet hall accommodating 2,000 people.

The five-star hotel, with credit from the Export-Import Bank of China, was constructed by Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), and is managed by Grand Skylight Hotels Management.

The overseas hotel is another landmark project of AVIC to actively follow the Belt and Road Initiative and opens a new chapter for the Chinese hospitality industry in Africa.

Ethiopian Airlines, the largest owner of the hotel, is the biggest, most developing and profitable air company in the country.

Bole International Airport is the pivotal airport of Africa. Most passengers flying into Africa's hinterland need to transfer at the airport. The hotel will provide high-end services and comfortable conditions for clients taking business trips or traveling for pleasure.
