CSCEC wins bid for Nepal’s largest infrastructure project

China Construction Seventh Engineering Division, a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) won the bid for the Narayanghat-Butwal road construction project in Nepal.

The Nepal's largest infrastructure project is valued at 17 billion NPR ($150 million).

According to the contract, the current two-lane Narayanghat-Butwal road will be upgraded to four-lanes with a length of 113 km, after 42 months of construction. 

The road is owned by the Nepalese Department of Roads.
