Light of Internet Exposition shows high-tech advances

Photovoltaic development is so rapid that more and more things are connected through huge volumes of information. 

China Telecom showed its intelligent home applications to expo visitors, including an intelligent loudspeaker box, smart apps to remote control all home electrical applications and monitor and warn of security problems.

The company also provided a fire control and prevention system for Wuzhen, the expo's venue. 

China Telecom is seeking new development through AI, block chains, cloud computing and big data and providing better services for governments, the economy and society. 

China Unicom presented its detailed network to provide targeted management with the support of cloud computing, big Ddata and the internet of things.

It showed a fire prevention project in Shanghai which is able to monitor fire engine access and ensure fire protection 24 hours a day.

The company also introduced a self-service terminal in Zhejiang province.

State Grid presented photovoltaic and optical storage platforms which provide one-stop services to help build and operate a photovoltaic power station and constitute an industry chain involving photovoltaic production, equipment, management, financing, and services. The chain will benefit the development of new energy.

CEC provided a smart exhibition platform for the World Internet Conference. The platform made the big event easier to manage and control through a demand center with a wide screen and an app that provided 24/7 monitoring of resource distribution throughout the venue.

Potevio, having cooperated with Alink and And-link to improve its services in smart homes, presented its advances in that area, including security monitors that detect noxious gases and smart loudspeaker boxes, smart illumination and remote curtain controls.
