Curriculum Vitae:      

Chen Chaoying, male, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1958 and is a native of Li County, Hebei Province. Chen started his career in November 1975 and is a CPC member. Chen graduated from the Department of Information of the Université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium with a master's degree of engineering. Chen holds a title of researcher.

Chen successively held the following posts:

Deputy Director and Director of the 707 Research Institute of the 7th Research Academy of China State Shipbuilding Corporation;

Director (DG-level) of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Director of the 707 Research Institute of the 7th Research Academy of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation;

Secretary of the Work Committee of Science and Technology of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee, Director  of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology

Commission, Director of the 707 Research Institute of the 7th Research Academy of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation;

Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Work Committee of Science and Technology of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee, Director of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission;

Currently, Mr. Chen Chaoying is head of Chief Inspector of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the National Commission of Supervision (NCS) of PRC at SASAC and a member of CPC Committee, SASAC. He is also a member of the 19th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Standing Committee of the 19th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and a member of National Supervisory Commission.
