Curriculum Vitae:

Hao Peng, born in July 1960, is a male ethnic Han from Fengxiang, Shaanxi Province. He entered the workforce in January 1976 and is a CPC member. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University with master's degree, majoring in Aeronautical Systems Engineering in the School of Automatic Control. He is a senior economist.

Mr. Hao Peng successively held the following posts:

Director and Deputy Secretary of AVIC Lanzhou Flying Control Devices Factory;

Deputy Director-General of Gansu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission (Director-General Level);

Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Lanzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Lanzhou Municipal Government (Director-General Level);

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Lanzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Lanzhou Municipal Government;

Vice Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government;

Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee and Vice Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government;

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government;

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee, Secretary of the Committee of Political and Legal Affairs under the CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee, Executive Vice Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government, and President of the Party School of the CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee;

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, Acting Governor, then Governor of Qinghai Province;

Currently, Mr. Hao Peng is Secretary of the Party Committee, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, PRC. He is alternate member of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
