Kuaizhou-1A is a small-sized solid-fuel carrier rocket developed by China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited. It can provide launch service for 300-kilogram low-orbit small-sized satellites and has high reliability, precision in-orbit operation, a short preparation period and low launch costs.
It was the 17th flight of the Kuaizhou-1A carrier rockets and the third launch in 2022.
The two new test satellites will carry out navigation augmentation verification tests.
