CNCEC to Play a Role in Belarus' Largest Potash Fertilizer Project

China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd (CNCEC), and CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CITIC Group, recently signed a contract to participate in the Slavkaliy potash fertilizer project in Belarus.

The contract includes construction of the main structure of the plant as well as auxiliary utilities and facility installation.

Located in Minsk, the plant is the largest of its kind still under construction in the country and is expected to play a significant role in producing high-quality potash fertilizer in the region for export.

China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. has been devoted to development of Belarus' market.

During the outbreak of COVID-19, the company pushed forward the project by online video calls while taking effective measures to prevent and control the pandemic.
