Ten foreign employees were recently awarded by China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC) for their outstanding performances at the Belt and Road Initiative Awarding Ceremony for Global Staff and CCCC Top 10 Foreign Employees.
The winners come from 10 countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative including Kyrgyzstan, Sri Lanka, Bulgaria and Panama.
Wen Gang, vice president of CCCC, said at the ceremony that CCCC so far has 240 overseas offices in 157 countries and regions with about 80,000 employees, 56,000 of whom are foreign.
The ten awarded employees had outstanding performances in their work and contributed to market development and operation; they also spoke out for the Belt and Road Initiative.
They are envoys for cultural communication and exchanges and are bridges between the company and local governments and people.
