CASIC's independent intelligent production system gains software copyright

The intelligent production line execution system independently researched and developed by Guizhou Space Appliance Co, a listed company of the Tenth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited (CASIC), has gained the software copyright of the National Copyright Administration, and successfully applied it in the J30 intelligent inspection production line, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign software in intelligent production lines.

With the in-depth advancement of the intelligent manufacturing project of Guizhou Space Appliance Co, the company recognized the importance of building a core product with independent intellectual property rights of aerospace electrical appliances, and required the informatization team to implement the software product development work, and establish a perfect self-intelligent manufacturing product system for the enterprise.

The new model of intelligent manufacturing that can be promoted and replicated will complete the technology and product reserves, and it can also lay the foundation for the subsequent development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.

In 2018, the intelligent manufacturing engineering department of Guizhou Space Appliance Co promoted the development of intelligent manufacturing prototypes, and integrated the development of intelligent production line execution system into the research and development plan to achieve the goal of localization of intelligent production line software.

Meanwhile, the production management and control of non-intelligent production lines was adopted as the development strategy, and the project team completed the development work in August 2018.
