Curriculum Vitae:
Shen Ying, born in May 1965, is a female ethnic
Han from Luoshan, Henan Province. She entered the workforce in January 1990 and
is a CPC member. She graduated with a Master’s degree majoring in Economics from
the School of Economics, Peking University. In 2007, she received her Economics
PHD from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance. She
holds the title of associate research fellow.
Ms. Shen Ying successively held the following posts: Deputy Director of Editorial Office, Deputy Director and Director of Foreign Studies Office, Research Institute of National State-Owned Assets Administration Bureau; Division Chief, Division of General Affairs, Bureau of State-owned Capital Statistics and Evaluation, Ministry of Finance; Division Chief of Division of General Affairs, and Deputy Director-General, Bureau of Statistics and Evaluation, Ministry of Finance; Deputy Director-General and Director-General, Bureau of Statistics and Evaluation(Assets and Capital Verification Office), SASAC; Director-General, Bureau of Financial Supervision and Evaluation, SASAC; Chief Accountant, SASAC.
Currently, Ms. Shen Ying is Vice Chairman of SASAC, Member of the Party Committee of SASAC.
